DCG to commence fundraising assistance for NMP as well as go-public viability

CAMBRIDGE, MN – (March 30, 2011) – DeMatties Consulting Group (“DCG” or “The Company”) is pleased to announce that it has agreed to terms with Nevada Mine Properties II, Inc. ("NMP" or "The Firm") to provide capital fundraising assistance for the firm as well as exploring the viabilities of a go-public event.

The Company will be conducting due diligence to locate potential buyers, leasers and/or joint-venture options for NMP. The firm currently possesses a portfolio of mineral properties in the western United States, with a majority of the properties located within the Battle Mountain trend in Nevada. Many of the properties have drill-ready targets and offer the potential to be advanced quickly.

In addition to providing capital fundraising assistance, the Company will also research and develop a plan of action for a potential go-public event for the firm. The Company will assess the viability of a go-public event as well as research options for attaining a public shell, attracting financing and structuring of the entity.
